Service Description

For Competitive or Elite level athletes. We have a Stretch class available tailored to suit your specific sport. With a background of Elite and Competitive Gymnastics, Diving, Athletics and Soccer. Sarnia will work with you to get your mobility up to scratch or injury prevention. So often we train and skip out on warm up stretches and cool down. The amount of time training, we should really be spending on stretching. So please make time for your body as it will increase the longevity of your training and competing.
